The golden comes from 己, a garden. You make things grow quietly — plants, people, plans. The ox (丑): steady and patient — you finish what others drop. Cancer is water: your strength goes into guarding your people and your place.

When the Golden Ox fights

When you fightYou close your mouth and hold. You don't try to win with words. You just don't move.

How you're misreadPeople say you're like a wall.Not a wall — a dam. You're holding so you don't collapse.

Your strength in a conflictYou're the same every day.The day after a fight, you're still there, just as before.

What Cancer addsYou go into your shell.Cancer water makes your heart bruise more easily. Before you hide: "I'm hurt."
