The black comes from 癸, rain. Soft as rain, and just as hard to stop. The rooster (酉): precise and honest — sometimes too honest. Capricorn is earth: once you set a goal, you climb it one step at a time.

When the Black Rooster fights

When you fightYou point it out precisely. You can see exactly what went wrong, so you can't let it go.

How you're misreadPeople say all you do is criticise. You say it because you want things to go well. The praise stays in your head.

Your strength in a conflictYou clean it up.You untangle the argument one thread at a time, so the same fight doesn't come back.

What Capricorn addsYou fold up the feeling and treat it like a task.Capricorn earth puts feelings on hold. One line of feeling before the fix.

One small stepBefore one criticism, one thank-you.
